Ledgebrook is seeking an experienced Manager, Data Excellence to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you’ll play an important part in driving data informed decision-making across the entire organization by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing / presenting technical insurance data.
As a Manager, Data Excellence, you will define and implement reporting processes, ensure data quality, and automate workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineering, insurance product, claims, and finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data integrity, and drive efficiency. A core part of the role will be translating complex insurance data into meaningful insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders through required reporting and data visualization.
Additionally, you’ll partner with the Chief Product & Data Officer to continue building our Data Excellence team. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of business intelligence analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
